We would like to request that the domain limit per account be applied only to active domains.

Currently, the total count includes both active and inactive domains. However, since inactive domains are not billed, there should be no need to count them or apply limitations to them.

Focusing the domain limit on active domains alone would make it easier to understand the number of domains that require management, eliminate any potential billing errors, and simplify account reviews by removing the need to track inactive domains.
