Agree completley... We absolutley need to be able to delegate the full administrative capability of the "Main User" to others.

ehm, not meaning to offend, but: this is why we never create subscriptions on personal named accounts, but use a generic account for that. this way, you don't have to worry about what happens to users and their accounts

Agreed. The same seems to be true for some of the PowerSPF functionality - by default it seems limited to the Account Owner/Main Admin, and right now you have to create a custom role to grant that or have the ability to have multiple Account Owners/Main Admins. The documentation claims that the only roles specific to the Owner are related to Billing, which isn't true at this point
