Hierarchical policy inheritance

I'd like to be able to create a standard set of PowerAlerts policies for our MSP account and have all customer sub accounts inherit these settings. This would allow for changing the parent policy once and all customers would receive the change. It would also be good to be able to override the policy on a per customers level.
