New API Endpoint for CAA Record Lookup

We’ve added a new API endpoint that allows End Users to perform CAA record lookups programmatically. Endpoint: POST /api/v1/power-tools/lookup/records/caa Key Highlights: Accepts one or more domain names as input. Returns CAA record values including TTL and certificate authority directives.
