Main Users and MSSP admins can manage newly created domains for Users

Main Users and MSSP admins can manage the User Attribute for each user. Enabling the *“Assign newly created domains to this user”* attribute from the **Edit User** or **Add User** pages will allow the users to see new domains in their user portal.
