Our new Sender Identification feature offers increased trust by verifying and classifying sender sources, which reduces spam and phishing risks significantly. The solution ensures compliance with industry standards, preventing email spoofing and unauthorized communication. With a user-friendly interface the End Users can manage their domains’ email sources, label the sources, authorize the trusted ones and configure SPF and DKIM records via the Hosted Services.
PowerSPF now introduces two distinct approaches for handling and optimizing SPF (Sender Policy Framework) records. The primary approach is SPF Macros, while the other is SPF Flattening. Clients have the choice to select what they want!
What is SPF Macros?
SPF Macros is your ultimate email security partner, designed to simplify SPF record management and supercharge your email protection.
It's the future of SPF record management, and it's the future we highly recommend!
🔥 Why Choose SPF Macros?
Now the end user can see more comprehensive information about their sender sources and the volume of emails sent from each of them on the Top 5 Threats/unknown/Unaligned Sources and Top 5 Sending Sources tables of the Dashboard page.
The Sources are listed based on the volume, and the Top IP shows the IP address of that Sender Source that sent the highest number of emails.
Platform Admins and MSP/MSSP account admins can be invited to the platform via email invitation.
The emails are sent to the mentioned email addresses with a link to login to the appropriate account.
The hyperlink expires after 24 hours.
The appropriate users and admins can see the list of invited emails by clicking the View Invites button next to the Create button.
The list will display the pending, expired and canceled email invitations:
Both platform admins and end users have the access to enforce 2-Factor Authentication for their sub-admins and sub-users accordingly. Exceptions can be applied as well.
For the end-users, you need to go to the Settings menu section, then Manage Users, and activate the 2FA toggle button above the list of users.
The admins can apply the 2FA from the Administration>Settings page, by clicking the appropriate checkbox.
You can enforce or exclude a specific admin/user by clicking the Edit button under the Actions column.
New Changelog and Feature Request buttons for the users who have access to the Help button on the header.
The users and admins will be able to see the updates of the platform and request a new feature, which is going to be considered by the Platform product team.
The purpose of this enhancement is to give the client the ability to manually upload the email header within MailAuth Analyzer.
This is an additional value for clients who want to test out different email headers that were shared with them since they don't have access to the original email header.
The AutoDKIM functionality is available for all users of www.powerdmarc.com. Previously, the selector needed to be added separately for each domain before checking.
Domain Health status is a new feature that will help users achieve the following goals and actions:
A new form of information provided by some mail servers are not included when the raw XML reports are being forwarded to PowerDMARC.
While parsing the reports we have identified that the "Envelope From" information is now being included by some mail servers.
By default we have this information disabled in the portal. This is because it is not very common to have this information visible in the reports. But you can enable this view by navigating to the DMARC Aggregate Report > Per Sending Source. Once here you can enable the information by clicking on the column categorization (settings icon) on the right hand side of the page.
Head over to the third layer of information and enable "Envelope From" and save the changes. You can also leverage this information by using our filters.
This new feature will allow our MSSP partners to seamlessly view all their customers misconfigured records!!
Named as "Alerts & AI", this feature will basically allow you to monitor all your clients to see if they have anything misconfigured based on the service protocols (SPF,DKIM,DMARC,MTA-STS,BIMI) and the severity of alerts
Without logging into your customer's account you'll be able to see if they have anything wrong with their configurations and setups.
This new enhancement will allow users to do a DKIM DNS query for their domain without having to input the value manually.
Our tool will automatically detect all your DKIM selector for your domain from our DB list of well known selectors
New feature Alert!
PowerDMARC has recently launched a new feature to help users and organizations manage the way assign domains whether for internally distribution or categorization.
Domain groups can help improve the way you view your data on the portal to make things easier in terms of management.
PowerDMARC MSP/MSSP will now get to enjoy a more intuitive platform.
Options like video tutorials, user guidelines & training are now made available to cover the requirements that are usually needed seen as a challenge while navigating through the portal.
This feature allows you to publish your configured DMARC record in your DNS using a CNAME approach rather than the traditional TXT record.
With this methodology you will be able to use the platform to make any further changes to your record without the need of logging in to your DNS
The in-platform MailAuth analyzer tool is your personal email header analyzer / message header analyzer that helps you detect, analyze and investigate your email authentication compliances (i.e. DMARC, DKIM, SPF, MTA-STS, and BIMI) through an empty test mail sent to an auto-generated email address.
